We repair all models of ghd with the exception of the Eclipse and Platinum models. Most repairs are just £25.00 (£26.50 via postal service which includes return first class signed for postage and packaging). ghd GOLD are £35.00 (£35.95 via post). Our fixed price excludes broken arms or if the circuit board has to be replaced. In these instances we will provide a quotation prior to any repair. We offer a no repair no fee service. We offer a 6 month parts and labour guarantee on all our repairs.
Our extensive stock of spare parts allow us to offer a same day repair service in most instances. We also repair Cloud 9, Cloud 9 Touch, She, Wella and more. Non ghd straighteners will depend on availability of spare parts. Hair dryers are usually repaired within 1 - 2 days. We use both fully tested ghd original parts taken from recycled appliances and new aftermarket spare parts.

Please note that items such as hinge cover caps, damaged or scratched straightener plates and hair dryer filter and/or holders are not covered by our repair service charge. They are sold as separate items. Please contact us should you require any of these parts.
When dropping off for repair, please put your item in a bag with your name and phone number inside. Card payments at the salon in Broxburn are not accepted.
